including one of my characters is - $25 off the charge of an additional character. here's a handy list of characters i'm open to sharing, but if you'd like one that's not there just ask!

price of additions (gear, props, backgrounds, ect.) are based on amount and complexity

complex character designs may see an additional fee

a 5% sales tax will be included on the invoice as per my state's regulations on digital goods

You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

My art may never be used with or in relation to AI art generation, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or blockchain technology.

My watermark may never be removed or edited out of a completed piece or WIP. You may not claim any of my art as your own.

I reserve the right to refuse or refund any commission, for any reason, at any time.

Designs / Adopts purchased from me may not be resold at a higher price than what they were purchased for unless additional art is being sold with them.

To commission me you must be the owner of or have explicit permission from the owner of the characters/designs I am to be drawing.

You may not use a canceled commission under any circumstance. Unfinished commissions, no matter their stage, are not to be used or finished by another artist.

Failing to comply to my TOS can, depending on the severity of the offense, result in being blacklisted.

Payment must be received before I start a commission

Payment will be sent & received through Square. If you've never used it before, don't worry! You don't need an account, an invoice will be sent directly to your email. Paypal is available for those unable to access Square invoices.

All prices are USD and will be taxed 5% as per my state's regulations on digital goods.

Complicated designs & commissions may have an up charge depending on complexity.

I work best with visual references and prefer having a sheet or image(s) to work off of. Additional charges may be applied if I am working from a textual description, depending on complexity.

Tips are greatly appreciated! Art is my fulltime job and all of my income comes solely from commissions and patreon, so your tips help me keep my livelihood, well... lively!

A commission that has not been started will receive a 90% refund.

A commission in the sketch stage will receive a 50% refund

A commission in the line / color stage will receive a 20% refund

A finished commission will not receive a refund

Tips are not considered in refunds and are considered nonrefundable

Completion time for commissions can vary piece to piece, I do not do deadlines. i am disabled, turnaround can be within the week or over a month depending on queue length

If unforeseen circumstances cause delays, updates will be posted on my queue

Invoices are sent via email through Square. If the invoice is not accepted within 10 days it will be canceled

WIPs will be sent as work is made, I will generally ask for approval before lining a sketch and before coloring lines. More WIPs can be sent upon request

I typically do not send WIPs for YCH's, for the sake of getting them through my queue faster, but they can, however, be requested

Changes during the commission process can be made, but large changes requested during the lining process will be subject to additional fees or may be denied. Please ask for any major changes when you receive the sketch. Up until lines, I’ll change anything!

Once the piece is approved & finished I will not make major additional changes without additional charges

I generally post all completed work to Twitter, Furaffinity, and Bluesky. If you'd like to be tagged, there's a section on the commission forum to leave me your socials

if you'd like to commission anonymously, i will not tag you when posted - I post all of my work

you are free to post your commission, use it for icons, backgrounds, ect. as long as I am properly credited (eg. tagged, linked to any of my socials, linked to this site)

You may not use my work for profit (eg. making stickers, prints, ect. for mass sale) without first discussing it with me. There may be upcharges depending on what you’re doing with it

You can use my work for personal use, such as small or singular merch batches, prints for your walls, assets for your stream, ect. in any way you'd like!
